We are facing unprecedented times. The outbreak of COVID-19 aka Coronavirus has changed so much and caused a great deal of uncertainty. While there is no clear answer to many of the questions we have about the virus and outbreak, there is some important information that I want to share with you:

The Pennsylvania Department of Labor has suspended the one week window for new unemployment claims.

Both UPMC and Highmark are covering testing costs for COVID-19, and both providers have information pages set up to serve members:
